choosing my topic

I was not sure what topic to choose for my 2nd essay for my english class. I was not sure weather I should choose "immigration" or "auto motive". I was intersted in both topics , but i did not know wich topic would be the best one to choose. Most of my family immigrated into the U.S but i am planning in majoring in auto motive , so i really wanted to know more about both topics. I decided to reaserch both topics and see how much information could I get from both topics, I got abouth the same amount of information on both topics, but a little bit more on immigration. It was easier to find more sources on immigration then on auto motive, and i had a bit more of personal knowledge on immigration, so i decided to write about immigration. I wrote the cons and pros on immigrtion.I wanted to inform my audience the positive and negative side of immigration. I thought that by writting on the cons and pros people will be more open minded when it comes to talk about immigration. I reallyanted to make prople see the both sides of immigration.
